摘要:
针对CR200J型动力集中动车组微机网络控制系统的通信要求,提出了基于MVB和以太网双网冗余的人机交互界面的设计,并详述了具体解决方案。从软件、硬件以及双网通信的技术指标入手,通过介绍人机交互界面的功能结构图,重点说明了基于双网冗余的关键界面设计,以及在双网情况下全网子设备的数据显示和处理机制。经过试验验证表明,运用本设计方案的显示屏运行稳定、界面友好、功能完善,满足设计要求,提高了机车运行的可靠性、安全性。
Abstract:
According to the communication requirements of CR200J EMUs microcomputer network control system, the design of man-machine interface based on MVB and ethernet dual network redundancy was proposed, and the specific solution was described in detail. Starting from the technical indicators of software, hardware and dual network communication, the functional structure diagram of man-machine interface was introduced, focusing on the key interface design based on dual network redundancy, and leading to the innovation of data display and processing mechanism of all network sub equipment in the case of dual network. The test results showed that the display screen of this design scheme has stable operation, friendly interface, perfect function, which meet the design requirements, and improved the reliability and safety of locomotive operation.
