摘要:
介绍了一种混合动力单元集成及其装置的设计过程,阐述了通过ANSYS对其进行强度、模态、疲劳方面的分析方法,实现了从CAD设计到CAE验证的理论分析目标。结果表明,这种混合动力单元装置能够很好地承载安装体,保证整车动力传动系统的可靠性和安全性。同时,采用这种设计方法,缩短了设计周期,提高了整车装配效率,推进了混合动力集成技术在轨道工程机械上的应用。
Abstract:
The hybrid power unit integration and the design process of its device were introduced, the analysis method of strength, mode and fatigue with ANSYS was expounded, and the theoretical analysis target from CAD design to CAE verification was realized. The results showed that the hybrid unit device could carry the mounting body well and ensure the reliability and safety of the whole vehicle power transmission system. At the same time, using the design method, the design cycle was shortened, the assembly efficiency of the whole vehicle was improved, and the application of hybrid power integration technology in track construction machinery was promoted.
