摘要:
为解决轨道交通装备减重提质的问题,轻量化材料如碳纤维复合材料的应用需求日趋迫切。主要介绍了碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通装备中的发展现状,探讨了国内外主要碳纤维应用情况,并针对变流器柜体的轻量化问题,提出了碳纤维变流器柜体研制的一些建议和基本策略。
Abstract:
In order to meet the need of lightweight for rail transit equipment as well as quality improvement, the application of light-weight material like carbon fiber becomes increasingly important. This paper described the progress of carbon fiber in rail transit equipment, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of several large carbon fiber corporations in China. Suggestions and basic methodology for the use of carbon fiber in converter cabinet are also given, for the purpose of lightweight and quality improvement.
