摘要:
 换气装置作为悬挂在车下用于对车体内通风换气的重要辅助设备,其本体性能对整车的振动特性影响较大,为研究换气装置本体振动性能,对换气装置本体进行了结构特性分析,进行了换气装置在高频运行工况下的振动响应测试,掌握了换气装置在正常工作状态的振动响应特性。通过分析,仿真与试验拟合较好。
Abstract:
 Wind ventilator is important auxiliary equipment hanging at the bottom of the train body for interior vehicle ventilation.The performances of wind ventilator structure have great impact on the vehicle vibration characteristics. The structural characteristics of the ventilation device body was analyzed in order to study the vibration characteristics of the ventilation device. By testing response of ventilation equipment in high frequency, the vibration response characteristics when works in normal operation was mastered. According to the result analysis, the trend of simulation and experiment of ventilator equipment could fit well.
