摘要:
为实现高速动车组的高效节能,以CRH380A 为技术平台研发了高速动车组永磁同步牵引系统。主要介绍牵引传动系统的整车总体技术指标,牵引特性曲线设计,牵引传动系统主电路组成,永磁同步电机主要技术参数、冷却方式、热管理技术,主电路图拓扑结构,主变流器主要技术参数,永磁同步电机控制策略。试验及实际装车应用表明,永磁同步牵引系统、主变流器、永磁同步电机及其控制策略等核心技术可靠,该永磁同步牵引系统的电机额定效率达到98% 以上,显著降低了高速动车组的牵引能耗。
Abstract:
To achieve high energy-efficiency of high-speed EMUs, PMSM traction system for high-speed EMUs was developedbased on CRH380A technical platform. Overall technical parameters, traction characteristic curve design, main circuit of traction system,main parameters of PMSM and traction converter, type of cooling, thermal management technology, main circuit topology structureand PMSM control strategy were introduced. Experimental results and practical application verified the reliabilities of PMSM tractionsystem, traction converter and PMSM control strategy. The motor rated efficiency of the PMSM traction system could reach 98%, whichdecreased the energy consumption of high-speed EMUs distinctly
