摘要:
为解决广州地铁4 号线、5 号线直线电机在运用过程中其转向架出现的轴端装置脱落、车轮多边形磨耗等问题,广州地铁联合南车青岛四方研制了具有自主知识产权的直线电机转向架。该车辆转向架采用无摇枕结构、直线电机轮对内侧独立悬挂结构、无间隙弹性吊挂结构,与原来使用的BM3000-LIM 型转向架相比,该转向架充分减重,能减小车辆能耗,并充分保证车辆的动力学性能。实际运营情况表明,该车辆转向架性能良好,进一步提高了地铁车辆整体性能。
Abstract:
In order to settle the problems of linear motor bogie axle end device abscission and wheel polygonization attrition, independent intellectual property rights linear motor vehicle bogie was developed by Guangzhou Metro Corporation and CSR Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., which adopted no-bolster structure, wheel inner side independent suspension structure and unspaced resilient hanger structure, and had lighter weight and lower energy dissipation than existing BM3000-LIM bogie with good dynamic performance. The practical operation showed the good performance of the bogie, which improved the whole vehicle performance.
