摘要:
基于城际动车组运营特点分析了其车体结构疲劳强度,并以此优化车体结构设计。仿真和试验表明,采用上述优化措施的系列城际动车组车体既实现了轻量化目标,又满足强度、刚度等安全指标要求。
Abstract:
Car body structure fatigue strength of intercity EMUs was analyzed based on operation conditions, and car body structure design was optimized. With simulation and tests, the optimized car body structure was validated to reach the light-weight target, as well as meet the safe and reliable requirements of strength and rigid.
