摘要:
针对城际动车组运行速度及运营环境,从舒适性和经济性2 个方面提出城际动车组气动设计面临的主要挑战。根据高速列车气动设计经验,从头型外形气动优化设计和车体表面平顺化2 个方面开展气动设计,形成4 个速度等级的城际动车组头型,并基于数值模拟、风洞试验及线路试验进行设计验证。研究表明,仿真结果与试验结果误差较小,满足工程计算精度要求。风洞试验表明3 辆编组的城际动车组气动阻力较原始设计方案减小了约13.2%,远场气动噪声满足设计要求。线路试验表明,城际动车组的气动阻力达到CRH2 水平,隧道通过及交会压力波幅值均小于±4 kPa,各项气动设计指标均达到预期要求。
Abstract:
According to the running speed and operating environment of the intercity EMUs, the major challenges for the aerodynamic design of the intercity EMUs were presented from the comfort and economy. Based on the aerodynamic design experience of the high-speed train, the aerodynamic design of the intercity EMUs was carried out by the aerodynamic optimization design of the head shape and the smoothing of the train surface. Intercity EMUs heads corresponding to four speed grades were obtained, and the validation of the aerodynamic design was conducted by the numerical simulation, wind tunnel test and line test. The research showed that the error between the simulation result and the experimental result was small, which could meet the accuracy requirement of engineering computation. The wind tunnel test showed that the aerodynamic drag for three cars of the intercity EMUs was reduced by about 13.2% than that of the original design. The far-field aerodynamic noise could meet the design requirements. The line test showed that the aerodynamic drag of the intercity EMUs could reach the level of CRH2, the pressure amplitude for the train passing through the tunnel and two trains passing by in the tunnel was less than ±4 kPa. All aerodynamic design targets met the expected requirements.
