摘要:
详细介绍了一种径轴刚度比大于50的电机悬挂橡胶球铰的结构特点,通过有限元分析、试验和装车验证,此种结构能够满足大径轴刚度比的技术要求,承担电机的重量及电机工作时的反作用力,满足电机悬挂环境的高温耐受性,在球铰类产品中实现5层以上橡胶结构的应用。
Abstract:
Structure characteristic of motor bushing with radial/axial stiffness ratio >50 used in high-speed EMUs was introduced.Through FEA, type test and actual running service, the bushing with the structure of the high radial/axial stiffness ratio was proved could support the motor mass, endure the reaction force of the motor and resist the high temperature from the motor, which provided a solution to realize the rubber bushing with more than 5 rubber layers.
