摘要:
介绍了由中国南车开发的采用交流传动牵引系统的160 km/h轨道车用主变流器的原理、组成和结构特点。整流器和逆变器的设计采用了模块化和简统化的理念,以成熟的部件和结构保证产品的可靠性,降低了相应的开发风险,并降低了开发成本。该主变流器在160 km/h轨道车的考核试验中表现性能优良、可靠性高,满足了新型轨道工程车的使用要求。
Abstract:
Traction converter principle, components and structure features of AC-drive 160 km/h railway engineering locomotive developed by CSR were introduced. Modularization and simplification idea was adopted for converter and inverter design, and mature parts and structure were applied to ensure product credibility, which decreased development risk and cost. The traction converter showed excellent performance and high reliability in 160 km/h railway engineering locomotive test, which satisfied new locomotive application requirement for railway engineering.
