摘要:
建立了包括焊缝在内的某B型地铁铝合金车体的有限元模型,采用美国ASME标准中“网格不敏感的结构应力法及主S-N曲线法”,对车体焊缝进行了有限元分析,分析计算了焊缝上的应力集中以及焊缝的疲劳寿命与损伤。计算结果表明,所有焊缝的疲劳寿命均达到了车体的设计寿命要求。
Abstract:
FEA model of a B-type metro aluminum alloy carbody including weld line was established. Based on the mesh-insensitive structural stress method and main S-N curve method in ASME standard, stress concentration, fatigue life and damage were calculated for each key weld line. The results showed that the fatigue life of all weld line had reached the carbody design life.
