摘要:
根据我国轨道车辆情况和运用特点,从试验项点、试验方法和判断准则等方面进行了分析,以满足轨道车辆的运行性能和安全需要为目的,指出了国内轨道车辆空气弹簧标准应具有的原则;通过对比分析国内外轨道车辆用空气弹簧主要标准,包括TB/T2841 —2005《铁道车辆空气弹簧》、 EN 13597 — 2003《铁道车辆用橡胶悬挂部件——空气弹簧胶囊》和JIS E 4206 — 1989《铁道车辆用弹簧装置》,在试验项点、试验方法和判断准则等方面给出了建议。
Abstract:
Testing items, testing methods and criterion for air spring were analyzed according to domestic rail vehicle service condition. Rules for domestic rail vehicle air spring were provided to comply with the running performance and safety. Comments on the testing items, testing methods and criterion were proposed through comparing and analyzing domestic and oversea standards, including TB/T2841-2005 Air spring for rail vehicle, EN 13597-2003 Rail applications-Rubber suspension components-Rubber diaphragms for pneumatic suspension springs and JIS E 4206-1989 Spring device for rail vehicle.
