摘要:
简介了一种100%低地板有轨电车的主要技术参数以及动力转向架主要组成结构,在有限元软件ANSYS中建立了相应的有限元模型。根据欧洲标准EN 13749列出计算载荷大纲,并对动力转向架构架进行静强度和疲劳强度计算,对转向架构架进行了模态分析。结果表明,该动力转向架构架强度符合相关标准,模态特性满足车辆运行要求。
Abstract:
 The main technical parameters of a 100% low-floor tram and the main components of the motor bogie were introduced. The corresponding finite element model was established by using the finite element software ANSYS. The calculation of the load outline was listed according to the European standard EN 13749, and the static strength and fatigue strength of the motor bogie frame were calculated, as well as the modal analysis of the bogie frame was carried out. The results showed that the strength of the motor bogie frame conformed to the relevant standard, and the modal characteristics met the vehicle running requirements.
