摘要:
基于运用HyperMesh 和Virtual.Lab 软件的有限元法对某地铁车辆变流器柜体进行振动响应分析,通过模态分析与修正、传递函数计算和载荷谱识别,得到变流器柜体吊耳的振动加速度响应。将响应结果与试验结果进行对比,并利用序列二次规划法多次迭代优化支架与柜体的连接刚度,最终得到与试验结果较为吻合的振动响应。该方法可为变流器柜体的隔振设计及优化提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
The vibration response analysis of metro vehicle converter cabinet was carried out based on FEM software HyperMesh and Virtual.Lab. The vibration acceleration response of converter cabinet lugs was obtained by modal analysis and correction, transfer function calculation and load spectrum identification. The response result was compared with test result, and the connection stiffness of the bracket and cabinet was optimized by using the quadratic programming method. Finally, the vibration response was consistent with test result. This method could provide some reference for the vibration isolation design and optimization of converter cabinet.
