摘要:
阐述了电源板(AVR6)基本功能原理,深入分析了电源板的性能参数及其敏感应力,提出电源板的强化试验的项目及其试验剖面;通过强化试验探索电源板的关键参数应力极限条件,提出并设计了电源板的加速退化试验应力组合方案及试验样本量;通过对试验数据的分析,提出电源板伪寿命及多应力加速退化模型;利用MLE 估计和协方差矩阵,综合评估了电源板的可靠性和寿命水平,可作为提高产品可靠性和制定检修周期的依据。
Abstract:
The AVR6 power board basic function was introduced with in-depth analysis of the performance parameters and sensitive stress, and power board enhancement test project and test frofile were proposed; Through strengthening power board stress test to explore the key parameters stress limit condition, the power supply board stress accelerated degradation test combined scheme and test sample size was proposed and implemented;with the analysis of test data, the power supply board pseudo life and multi stress accelerated degradation model was presented;and by using MLE estimation and covariance matrix, a comprehensive assessment of the reliability and lifetime level of power board was carried out, which provided a basis for improving products reliability and developing maintenance cycle.
