摘要:
为研究有机硅绝缘系统在永磁牵引电机上的适用性,采用加速老化来计算有机硅绝缘系统寿命,并在永磁牵引电机上进行应用研究。结果表明:有机硅绝缘系统具备优异的耐热性和稳定性,在220℃温度下长期运行不低于20 000 h,能够满足轨道交通永磁牵引电机的需求。
Abstract:
To study the applicability of silicone insulation systems on permanent magnet traction motors, calculation of silicone insulation system life by accelerated aging and its application in permanent magnet traction motor were carried out. The results showed that the silicone insulation system had excellent heat resistance and stability with life not less than 20 000 hours under the condition of 220℃ , which meets the needs of rail permanent magnet traction motor.
