摘要:
为提高高速动车组轴箱轴承的可靠性,采用正向设计理念,结合圆锥滚子轴承在我国高速动车组运用中出现的轴承漏油、温升异常及剥离等问题,以及圆柱滚子轴承径向承载能力大、极限转速高、保持润滑能力强等技术特点,研制了满足高速动车组运用需求的圆柱滚子轴承。通过台架试验、线路试验验证及批量装车应用证明,所研制的圆柱滚子轴承能够满足我国高速动车组的运用要求。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of tapered roller bearings applied in high-speed EMUs in our country, such as bearing grease leakage, abnormal temperature rise, and stripping, using forward design concept, combined the technical characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings of radial load capacity, high speed limit, strong maintaining lubrication capacity, the cylindrical roller bearings were developed for high-speed EMUs operation. Through the bench test, line test and batch applications, the proposed cylindrical roller bearings were validated to meet the application requirements of high-speed EMUs.
