摘要:
为便于在轨道交通机车车辆电气设备领域贯彻新标准,从标准的范围、文本结构、技术内容等方面分析了国际标准IEC 60077-1:2017 版与IEC 60077-1:1999 版的主要差异,其中重点分析了设备标称电压、温度限值、介电特性等技术差异,同时提出了国家标准GB/T 21413.1—2008 修订的建议,为更好理解和使用该标准提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to implement new standards in the area of electric equipment for rolling stack of railway application, differences between international standard IEC 60077-1: 2017 with IEC 60077-1:1999 were analyzed from the aspects of the standard scope, structure and technical contents, focusing on the technical differences of the nominal voltage, temperature limits and dielectric properties, and revision suggestions for GB/T 21413.1—2008 were also provided, which provided reference for better understanding and using this international standard.
