摘要:
分析了引起电解电容发热的主要原因,提出了降低电解电容器温升的方法。通过剖析电解电容内部结构,进一步分析了常用散热方法的冷却效果,提出一种有效的电解电容散热方法,并通过实例样机测试验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Abstract:
The main reason of the heat was analyzed and a method to reduce the temperature rise of electrolytic capacitors was proposed. Through the analysis of the electrolytic capacitors’ internal structure, the cooling effect of common cooling methods was analyzed, and a kind of effective cooling method of electrolytic capacitor was put forward. Feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method was validated by the prototype test.
