摘要:
为了分析横向磨耗对车轮非圆化状态的车辆动力学性能的影响,对现有的SIMPACK 软件进行二次开发,建立车辆系统动力学模型,模型中考虑了在非圆化车轮上施加实测车轮踏面廓形。研究测试结果表明:车辆动力学特性结果的响应规律主要受车轮非圆化状态影响,而车轮踏面横向磨耗主要对结果的均值贡献较大。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the wheel treads’ lateral wear’s effect on the vehicle dynamics behavior with out-of-round wheel, secondary development for the existing SIMPACK software was done, and vehicle system dynamics model was established, considering the measured lateral wear of wheel treads. The results showed that: vehicle dynamics results response law was mainly affected by out-ofround wheel, while the wheel treads’ lateral wear largely contributed to the average of the results.
