摘要:
介绍了变刚度牵引球铰的特点,并对典型变刚度牵引球铰进行了应用调研和故障分析,提出了一种变刚度牵引球铰的优化方向,验证了优化后新结构的可靠性。试验证表明:采用新结构是一种解决变刚度牵引球铰运行裂纹的可行方法,且在一定程度上大大地提高了产品的使用寿命,为后续球铰开发提供了新思路。
Abstract:
The characteristics of variable stiffness traction bushings (VSTBs) was introduced, with the application researches andfailure analysis of the typical VSTBs, an orientation of the VSTBs optimization was presented, and the reliability of the new structure wasverified. The results validated that the new VSTBs structure could solve the crack of VSTBs, and greatly improve the service life of theproduct in a certain extent, which provided new idea to develop bushings in the future.
