摘要:
为了解决国内大型养路机械作业地域分散,不利于及时进行车辆故障诊断定位处理的现状,设计了针对不同类型的大型养路机械电气控制系统的远程诊断通用平台系统。通过对网络通信协议分析,遵循系统设计的 “开—闭”原则,以及便于后期对大型养路机械新车型的远程诊断功能扩展,把平台的网络通信部分设计成为一个相对独立的子系统。通过长时间实际运行的测试验证,本网络通信机制能够很好地满足系统功能和性能的要求。
Abstract:
To solve the constraint that the heavy-duty machineries had wide dispersion working region, treatment failure diagnosis of which was not convenient, the general remote diagnosis platform system of heavy-duty machinery for the electrical control systems was designed. With analysis of network communication protocol, and following the "open and close" system design principle, network communication part was designed to relatively independent subsystem for remote diagnosis function easy extending to new heavy-duty machinery. With a long time verification of field operation, the proposed network communication mechanism was proved satisfying the system function and performance requirement.
