摘要:
为了满足宽供电范围需求,开发设计了一种电感耦合式Step-down CUK 变换器开关电源,对该变换器的输入输出电流进行了稳态分析,表明变换器具有的电流连续特性,有利于提升变换器的功率密度;提出了一种变频控制策略及其实现方法,解决了变换器的稳定性问题。试验验证及批量装车考核表明该设计具有实用性。
Abstract:
To fulfill the requirement of wide-range power supply, an inductor-couple step-down CUK converter was designed. Inputand output current of the converter in steady state was analyzed, which showed the continuous current feature, in favour of improveconverter power density; and a kind of variable frequency control strategy and its realization method were presented, which solved thestability problem of the converter. Experiment and batch on-board test validated the proposed design.
