摘要:
采取对机车走行部轴承齿轮的温度、振动和冲击等信息进行同步或准同步采集,运用多源信息融合技术和改进D-S 证据理论,提出了一种多物理量信息融合的机车走行部轴承齿轮故障诊断方法。研究结果表明:该方法在诊断效果方面优于采用单物理量的诊断方法,提升了诊断的准确性,为进一步提高诊断自动化程度提供了有效手段。
Abstract:
Through the temperature, vibration, shock to synchronize or quasi synchronous acquisition, and using multi-source information fusion technology and improved D-S evidence theory, a bearing-gear fault diagnosis method based on multiple physical quantities information fusion of locomotives running gear was put forward. The research results show that the method for the diagnosis effect is better than a single physical quantity, improving the accuracy of diagnosis, and provides an effective means to further improving automation diagnosis.
