摘要:
针对内燃机车检修试验的需要,设计了一款用于内燃机车辅助发电机检测的干式智能试验台,介绍了该试验台总体结构设计及软硬件系统设计的关键部分。软件系统分别采用时域抽取的基2-FFT、基于正弦信号三参数的函数拟合实现谐波分析及试验数据的曲线拟合。该智能试验台可有效提高机车出库检测的效率和试验性能,以确保机车的可靠运行。
Abstract:
Aim at repair and experiment need for diesel locomotive, an intelligent dry-resistance test-bed for the diesel locomotive auxiliary generator was designed, overall structure designs and hardware and software system key part of which were introduced. In the software system, harmonic analysis was realized by using 2-FFT method and experimental data curve was fitted based on three parameters function of sine. The dry-resistance test-bed for diesel locomotive auxiliary generator could improve the efficiency and performance test, which ensured reliable operation of the locomotive.
