摘要:
结合高速动车组的舒适度要求,介绍了350 km/h 高速动车组用换气装置的作用和功能,并从该装置国产化研制的技术方案和设计制造实现方面,对装置做了进一步阐述。最后进行了试验验证及对比。结果表明:350 km/h 高速动车组用国产化换气装置满足技术要求,可与现有该速度级进口换气装置实现对等互换。国产化后的换气装置在重量、检修、价格上有明显优势,具有很大的市场潜力和社会效益。
Abstract:
Combined with high-speed EMUs comfort requirements, 350 km/h high-speed EMUs wind ventilator equipment roles andfunctions were introduced and further elaborated from the device domestically developed technical solutions, design and manufacturingimplementation. Experimental verification and comparison results showed that 350 km/h high-speed EMUs domestic ventilation system metthe technical requirements, which could be used to replace the imported ventilation device with the same speed grade. The domestic devicehave the advantages of weight, maintenance and price with great market potential and social benefits.
