摘要:
针对长大跨线旅客运输对牵引机车的要求,提出了A-1-A轴式搭配独立制动轴驱动制动单元弹性架悬的机车转向架技术方案。通过质量分配分析、牵引计算及动力学分析,验证了该转向架方案在实现17 t以下轴重及低簧下质量的同时,能够满足首尾推挽牵引14节客车,以最高速度250 km/h运行的要求;动力学性能满足既有线与高速客运专线的运用要求,速度210 km/h时的轮轨动作用力水平与CRH2动车250 km/h时相当。
Abstract:
Aim to requirement of traction locomotive for passenger transportation between lines, locomotive bogie technology schemeof A-1-A type elastic suspension with individual brake axis driving-braking unit was presented. With quality allocation analysis, tractioncalculation and dynamic analysis, the scheme was proved satisfy 17 t axis weight, head-end push-pull 14 cars and max speed 250 km/soperation requirement, dynamic of which satisfied requirement of existing and high-speed passenger dedicated lines with wheeltrack actingforce at 210 km/h speed equal to CRH2 EMUs at 210 km/h speed.
