摘要:
以中国北车大同电力机车有限责任公司滚动试验台中轨道轮对为模型,研究了轮轴在不同工况下的应力分布及其变化规律,轨道轮在承受轴重静载荷和动载荷情况下轮和轴的接触应力,同时也对轨道轮对在高速旋转状态下,轮轴配合联接的安全进行了校核计算。分析结果对轨道轮对设计以及轮轴尺寸配合的设计具有一定的参考作用。
Abstract:
Taking track wheel set of rolling test-bed in NCR Datong electric locomotive Co., Ltd. as object, distributing of track wheel shaft stress and the variation rule of different working condition were studied, and the tangency stress of the track wheel and shaft with the wheel bearing the still load and acting load was analyzed. The security of interference fit joints was considered while track wheel set worked at high rotary speed. This study was useful to track wheel set design and dimension matching between wheel and shaft.
